Tucson Repertory Orchestra International Exchange Concert

An international exchange concert through music with the Tucson Repertory Orchestra (TRO) based in Tucson, USA. Music for Peace (Japan premiere) composed by Koukichi Tagawa and Toru Tagawa, which also features Japanese drums, transcends national borders and the East and West to express the wish for world peace through music. Pianist Reiko Shimokawa will perform the Grieg Piano Concerto, and singer-songwriter Daizo Jinnai will sing "Deep Breath, New Wind, Sora yo" with the orchestra in a richly varied program.
