Maestro Kachun Wong walks with Mahler for a special time to put it all on the line.

The highly acclaimed Mahler series with Principal Conductor Karthun Wong is back with its fourth installment. In this fourth installment of the series, we present Symphony No. 9, arguably the greatest work of the 20th century. Mahler, who had explored every possible form, returned to the seemingly orthodox four-movement system in his later years. This music is the culmination of the composer's work, in which he spoke about spirituality, nature, and life and death through pure orchestral expression without vocal accompaniment. This is a special time for Maestro Wong to devote all his energy as a conductor to this symphony alone, without daring to put other works on the program.
