koreon Concert by a music teacher from Tokyo University of the Arts♪

Hello! My name is Koreon.
We are working as elementary school teachers and music instructors as well as performers.

This project is a participatory concert for everyone from preschool children to adults.
The focus will be on singing and piano playing, with some activities created with the help of the audience.
We are looking forward to seeing you at the concert if you are willing to create an enjoyable musical time together on the spot...


An elementary school teacher organized the concert!

After graduating from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music, we became a full-time music teacher and music instructor after working as a performer.

I want to convey the joy of music!
With this single-minded focus, we spent our days working with children and had a fleeting thought: "What if we could give them a chance to experience the joy of music?

I thought, "Why don't adults study music, too?

Everyone has his or her own way of enjoying music. But if you know how to appreciate it, you will surely enjoy it even more! Why don't you join us for a slightly different kind of "music study"?


Program

1st period: Music
Aim: Create a spring song (creative activity)
Materials: "Hana", "Haru ga kitaeru", "Hakuna Matata", etc.

2nd period: Music
Aim: Let's make our voices echo with our feelings (singing activity)
Teaching material: "Believe" Others

Key Points
(1) Classroom-style concert with audience participation!
There will be occasions when the audience will be asked to speak up (not mandatory). (It is not compulsory).
(2) Clapping and body movements are sometimes required.
(3) 90% of the program is from textbooks! You might be able to find that nostalgic song?
