Admission and ticket purchase

• Admission fee

  *Please note that purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or reissued due to loss.
  *Please note that reservations made by phone must be paid for at the general reception desk or at the venue reception desk on the day of the event at a later date.
  On the day of the event, the guests who have already purchased tickets will be admitted first. If you make a reservation by phone and pay at the venue reception on the day of the event, the order of entry may be delayed. If you wish to reserve a seat early, please pay at the front desk or apply online in advance.
  *Cancellations made by phone reservations will incur a cancellation fee.
  　20 to 2 days prior to the performance (excluding holidays): 50%, 1 day prior to the performance to the day of the performance: full amount.
  *Preschool children are not allowed to enter.
  *No tickets will be sold on the day of the performance if capacity is reached in advance.
  Tickets will be sold at 2,000 yen in advance (2,500 yen at the door) only for students 25 years old and under.
  　Please be sure to present your student ID on the day of the event.
