Kanagawa Music HallKanagawa

The Bohemian Philharmonic is an amateur orchestra that performs mainly the music of Bohemian composers such as Dvorak and Smetana. We are active under the concept of "an amateur orchestra that travels freely in the world of music without being bound by conventional wisdom.
The orchestra has performed Dvorak's symphonies No. 2-8, the rarely performed overture trilogy "Nature, Life, and Love," Balakirev's symphonic poem "In Bohemia," and other pieces related to Eastern European composers and their regions.
The orchestra has been working to perform all of Dvořák's symphonies with the immediate goal of performing them in their entirety, and will accomplish this goal by performing Symphony No. 1 (The Bells of Zlonice) and Symphony No. 9 (From the New World) at the 9th subscription concert.
