DSCH String Quartet (Violin: Munsoo Choi, Sohei Birman Viola: Mari Adachi Cello: Akio Ueki)
Formed in May 2021. This project, long envisioned by its founder Moonsoo Choi, was launched in 2022 with the strong conviction that "it is precisely because this is the time that we are performing that we are worthy of performing" and with concern for the current world situation. Over the course of five years, the quartet will perform the complete Shostakovich String Quartet.
