The 14th Hokkaido Wind Music Festival in Chieria

The Hokkaido Band Project (HBP) is pleased to co-host the "14th Hokkaido Band Festival" with the Lifelong Learning Center Chieria over the following two days.
Anyone! Everyone! ～This event, with the main theme of "Lifelong Learning and Brass Bands," aims to promote exchange not only through brass bands but also through music without barriers. The HBP Academy Band is made up of amateur musicians from high school students to adults who come from all over Hokkaido and beyond.
