We are pleased to announce "Spring Concert 2024" to be held at Kashiwa Civic Cultural Hall in March 2024.
This year, the Makuhari Sohkoh Orchestra Club had a breakthrough year, winning the Gold Prize at the 71st All Japan Wind Music Competition, the Gold Prize and the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award at the 12th Japan School Ensemble Competition, and the Best Grand Prix Award and the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award at the 29th Japan Wind Music Ensemble Contest.
At the Spring Concert, the orchestra will perform "The Lion King," an original show that combines stage performances and musicals, and "Daphnis and Chloe," which won the Gold Prize at the All Japan Wind Music Competition. The concert will feature a rich variety of brass band and orchestra programs.
This will be the final concert for the 3rd year students as they prepare for graduation. Please come and join us!
