Urayasu City Orchestra 61st Regular Concert

This is the seventh concert with musicians living in Urayasu City. This time, violinist Chihiro Shimizu will be our guest, performing Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto. The concert will start with Berlioz's "Carnival of Rome" and the second half will feature Tchaikovsky's last symphony, Symphony No. 6 "Pathetique. Please come and experience the passion-filled music in the breezy season.
The concert will be conducted by Ryusuke Kawakami, who won the second prize and a special prize at the 2nd Antal Dorati International Conducting Competition held in Budapest, Hungary, in November 2018.
