Medical String Orchestra Ensemble 13th Concert

2024/02/18(Su.) 14:00 Starting

Tower Hall Funabori Main HallTokyo

The Iryo Gengaku Orchestra, or "Medical String Orchestra," was founded out of a desire to perform string ensembles, which are rarely performed by student orchestras at medical universities.
This time, we will present three pieces: Dvorak's Serenade for Strings, which is the royal road to string ensemble music; Haydn's Concerto with soloist Yuki Hirota; and Triptych by Yasunori Akutagawa, which gives an unusual "Japanese" feeling.
All the members are practicing hard, so please look forward to their performance.
