In 2010, we formed "Mama Brass Hirano Merry" and our activities are now in their 14th year. The name was changed to "Family Brass Hirano Merry" from August 2023.
In August 2023, the name of the group was changed to "Family Brass Hirano Merry" in order to allow not only mothers but also men and women of all ages and genders to enjoy music together.
The members, who used to be in a brass band in their school days, get together to practice in between child-rearing, housework, and work. We are all different in experience, age, and gender, but we are united by our instruments and our hearts as one.
