Aichi Brilliant Orchestra

We are an amateur orchestra active in Aichi Prefecture. With conductor Hikaru Ebihara, we are going to discover famous (or lost?) Russian pieces buried in history! We are going to discover the masterpieces (or lost pieces?) of Russia that are buried in history with our conductor, Hikaru Ebihara!

Balakirev's "In Bohemia" will be performed for the second time in Japan! We will present a nostalgic Bohemian folk song.
For Glazunov's Saxophone Concerto, we will invite Mr. Masanori Nagase. This is a work from the last years of Glazunov's life, when he left his native Russia to work in France. Although it is Russian music, it has a fashionable French flavor!
Rachmaninoff's Symphonic Dances is his last work. It expresses his life in three movements. What was his last desire in the space between "dies irae" (day of anger) and "Hallelujah" (Alliluya)...!
