Ayumi Shimonoto Koto Recital

Yamada Kenkyoku, the founder of the Yamada school of koto music, dominated the world of koto music in Edo period. He composed 36 pieces of koto music, and we will feature three of them in this recital to introduce their features and charms. In this fourth installment, we will perform "Sumiyoshi," "Kyokusui," and "Senri no Ume Kyokyoku.
