Nice to meet you! We are EDEL SEELE, a clarinet ensemble group!
We are an ensemble group formed by four of our classmates who are currently in their second year at the Tokyo College of Music. In our first year of existence, we won second place in the specialty division at the 17th Clarinet Ensemble Competition sponsored by JCA in March of this year, and we are pleased to have the opportunity to hold our first independent performance in Shizuoka.
I am sure you have not heard of a clarinet-only ensemble before! This time, we would like to show everyone the charm of clarinet ensembles, and will perform a wide range of music, from popular pieces for junior and senior high school brass band students to famous pieces that everyone is familiar with! We are looking forward to seeing many of you there!
