Celso Machado Profile
Guitarist, composer, and multi-instrumentalist from São Paulo, Brazil. He expresses his unique music by fusing the world of classical guitar with Brazilian samba, bossa nova, and northeastern music, as well as elements of African music. He is a master of percussion as well as guitar, which he incorporates into his playing, along with the folk flute and other ethnic instruments. As a composer, all kinds of famous artists (including many classical guitar players) have performed and recorded his music. Currently based in Canada, he performs around the world, including his own concerts and those of his brother Filó Machado.
