Eric Carle Picture Book Reading & Piano Christmas Concert

A participatory rhythmic concert that stimulates children's imagination with live music accompanying famous picture books.
Children will enjoy moving their bodies to the music and develop a natural sense of sound and rhythm.

From among Eric Carle's many works, this year's concert will feature the well-known "The Hungry Caterpillar" and "The Little Red Riding Hood," which depicts Christmas and winter scenes.

We will be using a Bösendorfer piano, one of the world's three greatest pianos and a "treasure of Vienna". Please sit on the floor to feel the resonance of a high-quality grand piano up close and personal. Chair seats are also available.

Don't worry if you cry! It is OK to get up and dance during the performance!
This is a perfect first Christmas event or concert debut.

We will present a program of classical music and familiar songs that anyone can easily enjoy.

The venue is a concert hall in Futako-Tamagawa Rise, a popular venue for families with children.
It is close to the station and easily accessible with a stroller.
