Harpsichord Concert "Sasagasabana and Harpsichord White Chrysalis

　This is an event with art and musical performances to be presented at the international contemporary art festival "Nakanojo Biennale 2023," which will be held from September 9 (Sat) to October 9 (Mon).
On display during the festival will be a "sasagasabana" revived from an unwanted and discarded umbrella, and a "harpsichord with no sound" made of a hard, white, chrysalis-like shell. However, for one night only, Sunday, October 8, this harpsichord will hatch from its chrysalis and emerge as a vivid, real instrument, playing Renaissance and Baroque music with gentle tones. This event is a quiet experiment to enjoy the metamorphosis from "art: spatial art" to "music: temporal art," a wonderful event that will make your heartstrings resonate with the graceful melodies of the ancient.
