Tatsuya Shimono, who brought out the explosive masterpiece of Mahler No. 5 from the Fuda Symphony Orchestra in 2020, will conduct Mahler No. 7 "Night Song". Mahler himself did not give this symphony a subtitle, but the second and fourth movements are called "Night Song" (Lied der Nacht) because they are night music (NACHTMUSIK). Guitar, mandolin, and tenor horn also appear in this piece, and the patchwork of various musical sounds makes it extremely enjoyable to listen to live. His wife, Alma, said of Mahler's later works, "You don't really need to understand the content, you just need to feel it. Once you understand it, Mahler's works become much more accessible. The piece to be combined is Wagner's "Songs of Wesendonck. Wagner, who was 44 years old at the time, fell in love with the young wife of his patron, 29-year-old Mathilde Wesendonck.
