This time, we welcome Mr. Satoshi Awatsuji as guest conductor, and have planned a program of French and Russian music. Mr. Awatsuji is an up-and-coming young conductor who has already performed with many orchestras. This will be his first collaboration with the Ashiya Symphony Orchestra.
The program includes "Romeo and Juliet," a dynamic ballet music depicting a fragile and beautiful love story, "Spanish Rhapsody," a mellow and gorgeous depiction of a Spanish scene, and the gorgeous "Pictures at an Exhibition," all of which are colorful and enjoyable.
