Mitsuyo Kuriki Mezzo Soprano Recital "Time for Dialogue" was held for the sixth time.

This time, we are pleased to welcome viola player Etsuko Nakajima. The viola and mezzo-soprano are usually the inner voices, but when they come out, their deep and warm resonance creates a unique world. We will perform two works written for mezzo-soprano and viola.

For the second half, we have chosen works by two Japanese composers who lived in the same era. This is my first attempt to perform Japanese songs in recital.

I read the poems in the selected program in order. When I finished reading, I decided that the theme of this year's recital would be "Toward Tomorrow. Toward tomorrow, toward the future. We hope you will take home with you "energy for tomorrow.
