G. Donizetti, The Wonderful Medicine of Love

As our 5th main performance, we will try our hand at our first non-Mozart opera, a masterpiece from Italy, the home of Mozart.
The Akashi String Opera Society was formed in 2019 by local musicians, and has so far performed four major Mozart operas with "string quartet accompaniment," which is extremely rare in the world.
This time, with a new director, young talented and experienced singers, and a 13-member chorus, we will present a different and more powerful opera than ever before.
