Izumi Tateno Birthday Concert

We are pleased to announce a concert at Kyoto Prefectural Hall ALTI in commemoration of the US jubilee of Izumi Tateno, a legendary pianist in the Japanese classical music world, known as a left-handed pianist.
The concert will feature the world premiere of a new work composed by leading Japanese composer Kensaku Tanikawa, along with a work dedicated to Izumi Tateno by leading Kyoto composer Ichiro Hirano.
