Meet the virtuosos of the future.

Kanakku Hall is pleased to introduce to you the young and talented Mr. Tatsuru Sasanuma (cello) as a virtuoso of the future. He will perform with pianist Haruko Ueda. How about a wonderful concert of cello and piano in the autumn of art?

◆Tsuki Sasanuma (Cello)
After winning first prizes at the Japan Music Competition, Tokyo Music Competition, All Japan Student Music Competition, and other domestic and international competitions, Sasanuma won the third prize and a special prize in the string quartet division at the International Music Competition in Munich. In the New York Young Concert Artists Auditions, they were the first Japanese string quartet to win first prize since the Tokyo Quartet 50 years ago. He has performed as a soloist with orchestras including the New Japan Philharmonic, Prague National Theater Orchestra, Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, and Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra. In June and July of this year, she appeared as soloist in the subscription concerts of the Slovak Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Daniel Raiskin and on its Japan tour, and in 2022, she gave a much-discussed concert of Bach's complete unaccompanied cello suites in Fukuoka and Tokyo. As a chamber musician, he has performed in Japan and abroad with artists including Argerich, Vilsalase, Haruko Ueda, Dan Tai Son, Vengerov, Gitlis, Maisky, Maye, Wittmann, and the Jerusalem String Quartet, as well as the La Luce String Octet and Quartet Amabile, He is a graduate of the NHK Symphony Orchestra Academy.　He is a graduate of the NHK Symphony Orchestra Academy and a guest principal of the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra.

◆Haruko Ueda (Piano)
She won a prize at the 1986 Ron Thibaud International Violin Competition, the Best Sonata Prize at the Wieniawski Violin Competition, the Best Accompanist Prize at the 1995 Japan International Violin Competition, the Best Accompanist Prize at the 1995 Japan International Violin Competition, the Best Accompanist Prize at the 1995 Japan International Violin Competition, the Best Accompanist Prize at the 1995 Japan International Violin Competition, the Best Accompanist Prize at the 1995 Japan International Violin Competition, and the Best Accompanist Prize at the 1995 Japan International Violin Competition. In 1995, she won the Best Accompanist Prize at the Japan International Violin Competition. She has performed as a soloist and chamber musician in Japan and Europe. He is currently Professor of Chamber Music and Associate Professor of Piano at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique de Paris.
