~The sound of classical music x the sound of modern and contemporary music, seeking for the richness of expression

We are pleased to present this concert in the hope that many people will be able to listen to and share in our performances, which will provide an opportunity for friendly competition with fellow musicians who sincerely seek the best and most moving music, and create a sound that transcends time and style in pursuit of "richness of expression" and empathy.
From the classics, C.Ph.E.Bach: Flute Sonata in E minor Wq.124, Beethoven: Trio for piano, flute and bassoon WoO37, from modern and contemporary French works, Kekran: Bassoon Sonata op.71, J. Rueff: "Diptych" for flute and piano, J. Rueff: "Diptych" for flute and piano, and Dammers: Concert Sonata. All of the pieces are worth listening to.
This is a concert for classical music fans, music lovers, and those who want to enjoy the sound of the flute, bassoon, and piano, as well as the richness of classical and modern sounds.
The bassoonist, Yoko Nagatani, is an active baroque bassoonist, a master of the basso continuo, and well versed in baroque music, so we are sure she will give a wonderful performance. He will be performing on the modern bassoon in this concert.
Also, Izumi Goto, piano, has been working on Beethoven symphonies (piano version arranged by Liszt) and has released three CDs, as well as a concert of all Beethoven's piano sonatas. His performance of Beethoven's trio with wind instruments in this concert is very promising and one of the highlights of this concert.
Flutist Emiko Okada, who studied in France after graduating from Toho Gakuen School of Music, will perform a piece by Rueff, whose score she purchased at that time but had never performed in a concert after returning to Japan. Although Damasz is a modern composer, his music is said to be based on "neoclassicism" and is characterized by familiar and graceful melodies. We are sure you will enjoy this performance clad in a French air.
