That's Orchestra was founded in 2002, following a pre-concert held at Tokyo Opera City in 2001 to commemorate the centennial of Komaba Metropolitan High School.
The members of the orchestra consist of alumni of Komaba High School, Seikei University, Gakushuin University, Aoyama Gakuin University, Hosei University, Rikkyo University, and other universities.
