Let's take a peek! Music of the World -Summer Vacation Picture Diary Page 1

Take a peek into the countries of the world with classical music from each country!
"I know this song!" I know this song!" or "I didn't know there was such a song! and "I know this song!" and "I didn't know there was such a song! This program includes famous pieces such as "I know this piece of music!

We have prepared activities that allow the audience to not only listen to the concert, but also to participate and feel the music.

The program will be performed by Tomomi Gansaki, a violinist who has trained in the UK and Europe and is currently active as a soloist and chamber musician with Century Japan, and Kentaro Nagai, a pianist who has been active as a performer and teacher in North America, Europe, and Asia for 20 years.

There will be a drawing corner and joint-mat seating, so each can enjoy themselves in their own style.
Of course, you can come and go as you please.

How about seeing the violin and piano right in front of you, listening to their live sound, and making one of your memories of your summer vacation?

◉Tomomi Iwasaki...Violin
Graduated from the Royal College of Music in England. She has participated in the Keshet Eilon Music Festival, the Affinis Summer Music Festival, and the Klangspuren Schwaz International Music Festival. She won the third prize at the Salzburg Mozart International Chamber Music Competition. Currently he is a violinist of the Century Orchestra of Japan.

Kentaro Nagai ◉Kentaro Nagai, Piano
Born in Kawanishi City, Nagai moved to Canada at the age of 15 to study at a high school. He received the Mayor's Award and the Citizens' Honor Award from the City of Canmore. Graduated at the top of his class from the Royal College of Music in England with a Bachelor's and Master's degree. He has studied at the Liceu Conservatory in Barcelona, Spain since 2016 and was awarded the Geoffrey Parson Memorial Award for the most successful chamber music pianist in the U.K. in 2010.
