Nagoya Speel Symphoniker

The Nagoya Spiel Sinfoniker is an amateur orchestra composed mainly of former members of university orchestras in the Tokai area, who met at the concerts of the Tokai Student Orchestra League held in the summers of 2006 and 2007. We want to have an orchestra where we can all get together after graduating from college! "I want to challenge myself to play music I couldn't play when I was a student! We want to challenge the music we were not able to play when we were students! The group is currently composed of about 100 members, most of whom are working people. The members of the group practice in a friendly atmosphere, stimulating each other.

The name of the orchestra, "Nagoya Spiel Sinfoniker" means "to play music," "to enjoy music," or "to play" in German. The name "Spiel" means "to play music," "to enjoy music," and "to play" in German. It expresses our wish that each member enjoys classical music first and foremost, and that we all work together to give a playful and varied performance to satisfy our customers.
