Since its formation in 1984, the orchestra has brought together members of various university orchestras in the Kyoto-Osaka-Kobe area, and with the goal of becoming a spontaneous ensemble, has continued its concert activities three to four times a year without a conductor. The concerts focus on Mozart's works, which are performed using the original editions compiled based on the latest research findings with the common orchestration of the time.
This time, Kana Otani will perform Mozart's two flute concertos.
