YOKOHAMA♪ Green Orchestra is an amateur orchestra that performs at facilities in Yokohama City and Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
The orchestra's main activity area used to be in the northern part of Yokohama City, but in recent years it has expanded its activities to Kawasaki City, Konan-ku, Totsuka-ku, etc. The orchestra uses many rehearsal spaces along the JR Yokohama Line, Yokohama Municipal Subway, Tokyu Toyoko Line, and Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line.

When it was first established in 2004, the orchestra consisted mainly of working adults in their 20s and 30s, but recently the number of members in their 40s to 60s and students has been increasing, and the orchestra is growing into a full-fledged amateur orchestra with a total of over 65 members.

Our concept is "Let's enjoy music together! This is the concept behind our activities. Our goal is to create music that is fun and full of feeling, while of course aiming for technical improvement.
