The concert will feature a wide variety of percussion pieces, including "Kuka Ilimoku," inspired by the Hawaiian god of war; a concerto by Thelichen, in which Lechner and PAC members will play timpani together; "Sculpture 3," in which the beautiful sounds of the marimba can be enjoyed; and "Jose/Before John 5," which begins with hand claps and features a variety of instruments. and a wide variety of other percussion works.
