Philharmonia Burleske

Schumann and Brahms were two of the greatest composers of 19th century German music.
Fourteen years apart in age, they had a deep relationship as master and pupil, and as like-minded colleagues, they respected each other's talents and works.

We are pleased to present the "No. 2" Symphony left by both composers.
We hope you will enjoy the lyrical charm of these two pieces and the sound of Burleske.

The orchestra is scheduled to perform at Suntory Hall on Sunday, July 14, 2024, as the 20th Anniversary Subscription Concert.
