Ensemble Riscopelta is a rather unusual string quartet of two violins, a cello, and a double bass.
Since its formation in 2011, the quartet has been performing Rossini's "Sonatas for Strings" and commissioning works in this style.
This time, the orchestra will perform a full-course program of five early works (excerpts) from the 11 commissioned works, which have also been released on CD, and Rossini's Sonata No. 6 for Strings!
