The Nishi Graduate Orchestra is an orchestra of graduates of Tokyo Metropolitan Nishi High School.
This year, the orchestra will perform Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto with Ms. Mei Kaneko, a senior at Tokyo Metropolitan Nishi High School, as the soloist.
Ms. Kaneko won the first prize in the Violin Division of the 75th All Japan Student Music Competition for High School Students, and while a third-year student at Tokyo Metropolitan Nishi Senior High School, she also double-schooled in the Toho Gakuen School of Music Soloist Diploma Course.
