Tokyo Gakugei University Orchestra 50th Spring Concert

Hello, this is the Tokyo Gakugei University Orchestra! We are the Tokyo Gakugei University Orchestra.
We are an intercollegiate club based in Tokyo Gakugei University, with 74 members in grades 2~4.
Our main goals are the Spring Concert in May and the Regular Concert in December.

In the 50th Spring Concert, we will perform three pieces: Brahms' "Overture to the University Celebration, Op. 80", Schubert's "Symphony No. 7(8) in B minor, Op. 759 "Unfinished"", and Brahms' "Symphony No. 2 in D major, Op. 73".

Brahms' "Symphony No. 2" was scheduled to be performed at the spring concert in May 2021, but due to the new coronavirus, the schedule was changed and the concert was held without audience.
For the members who had been unable to perform satisfactorily due to the new coronavirus, this will be the first time they will be able to perform at the spring concert without being restricted in any way. The three pieces in the program are of a high degree of difficulty, but we hope that the enthusiasm of the members for their music will be conveyed through their performance.
