Toyama Bach Orchestra, 1st Tokyo Concert

The Japan Bach Society, a general incorporated association, has established its own orchestral group based in Toyama, with Bach's music as the core of its repertoire, in order to encourage people of all walks of life to know and enjoy Bach's music and to fall in love with his music.
This is the Toyama Bach Orchestra.
Akio Takano, the president of the Toyama Bach Society, is the general manager of the orchestra, and world-renowned violinist Ryo Terakado is the music director.

The first concert to commemorate the founding of the group will be held on March 11 (Sat.) next year as the first Tokyo performance.
We hope that everyone who supports the activities of the Bach Society of Japan will attend this commemorative concert and enjoy the music of Bach's masterpieces to their heart's content.
The light-hearted talk by Mr. Akio Takano is also not to be missed.
