Compose Nara, Kiki - Manyo Chorus 10th Anniversary Concert

The Kiki Manyo Chorus Group is a choral group that sings only songs associated with Nara.
A concert commemorating the 10th anniversary of the group will be held under the supervision of Man'yo scholar Makoto Ueno (professor emeritus at Nara University and special full-time professor at Kokugakuin University). As a friendship performance, we enjoy! The chorus also participates.

The first part of the program will be the poem "Ame" from "Manyoshu" (The Anthology of Myriad Leaves). Please listen to the chorus along with enjoyable commentary and readings.
In the second part, two members of the comedy duo "Laugh Rice," who are from Nara Prefecture, will read from the first volume of "Kojiki" in an easy-to-understand manner (this is not a comic performance). The reading will be followed by a chorus with lyrics taken from the original text.
