Komae Citizen's Brass Band 22nd Regular Concert

We are the Komae Citizens' Brass Band, active in Komae City, Tokyo. This weekend, January 15, we will hold our first regular concert in three years.

In order to prevent the spread of infection, we will ask for your contact information when you come to the event. Please write your name and contact information in the space provided on the back of the flyer and submit it at the reception desk. We will take full responsibility for the management of your personal information and destroy it at the end of the storage period. You can also download the back of the flyer (in black and white) from our website, print it out in A4 size, and fill it in.
If you are unable to prepare a flyer with your name on it in advance, we will prepare one for you to fill out at the venue.
