First and last concert

In the spring of 2020, the choir Vinegar Dako was formed mainly by university students in Hiroshima Prefecture. The choir was born out of the desire to "challenge the competition as a youth choir," and has twice participated in national competitions with choral conductors Yujiro Nawa and Nozomi Terasawa, who are active within Hiroshima Prefecture. Currently, in addition to Hiroshima University, members from Elizabeth University of Music, Hiroshima Prefectural University, Kyushu University, Osaka University, Kagawa University, and other places gather to practice.
With the graduation of the graduating class of the core members at the time of its formation, the group's activities as Vinegar Dako will come to an end, and this concert will mark a milestone in its history. This will be the first and last concert of the choir, which overcame the hardships of the Corona disaster and made it to the national competition twice. The choir members are all different in age and place of residence (with the limitation of being a youth choir), and we hope you will enjoy the Vinegar Dako sound, which has mastered the art of one encounter at a time!
