Digging Deeply Quartet

The quartet consists of four string players from Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music and Toho Gakuen School of Music, who have been playing professionally for more than 10 years.

The quartet will perform "1800mm," a piece that won the Excellence Award at the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music Art Fest in 2021, "TRIPTYQUE for 19," which was completed through remote recording by each member as part of their musical activities at Corona Disaster, and several pieces from Masashi Sekiguchi's solo album "Kono no Breath," which will be released in 2022. The performance will include several pieces from Masashi Sekiguchi's solo album "Konohatsu" to be released in 2022.
For this concert, they will also perform the classical works "Mendelssohn: String Quartet No. 2" and "Vaughan Williams: String Quartet No. 1," which are rarely performed.
