The Tokyo Six (i.e. sixteen members of parliament elected in 1932, each of whom represents a different party)

The ensemble was formed in 2015 by members of the same generation who are principal players and soloists in various orchestras in Tokyo.
Starting with their debut performance at Suntory Hall Blue Rose, they have performed at various venues including Hakju Hall, Meguro Persimon, Tokorozawa Muse, Suntory Hall "Chamber Music Garden", Kita no Seiza Music Festival, NHK-FM "Best of Classics", etc. In 2015, "The Magician's Apprentice ', 'Till Eulenspiegel's Delightful Mischief' in 2017, and 'Schumann: Piano Quintet & Brahms: Piano Quartet No. 1' in 2019.
Both were selected as "Special Selections" by Record Geijutsu magazine and have been highly acclaimed in various fields. He has been actively arranging not only existing original pieces but also orchestral and chamber music pieces, and his activities to steadily develop his repertoire have been attracting much attention.
