The theme of this year's concert is "Telemann and Friends.
～The light seen by the greatest melody maker of the Baroque era.
We will explore what kind of brilliance Telemann, who was at the height of his popularity at the time, saw in his contemporaries.
The number of composers at that time was enormous, so we have selected composers who were related to each other, how they influenced each other, and so on.
C.P.E.Bach, G.Grünewald, J.D.Heinichen,
J.H.Roman, C.Graupner, Telemann, etc.
It is obvious that he was always ahead of the times, and his unstoppable creative spirit and works continued to have a great impact on those around him. We wonder what kind of light he saw in them and what kind of future he imagined for them.
In this concert, we will perform mainly the works that surrounded Telemann and try to capture the brilliance that he must have seen in them.
The days when I can finally perform as I want to are returning, albeit a little by little.
For a musician, it is the greatest joy to be able to perform, to be able to deliver the voice of the heart.
