We are the Tokyo City Brass Orchestras, or "TOBRA", a general brass band that enjoys performing every Sunday afternoon at a public facility in Koto-ku, Tokyo, where we practice.
We practice once a week and invite professional musicians and other music instructors in order to achieve high quality music. The members, who come from all walks of life and backgrounds, enjoy both music and fun, with the annual concert and brass band competition at the core of their activities. As a social educational organization in Koto-ku, we will continue to contribute to local musical and cultural activities.

Parking is limited, so please use public transportation.
Preschool children are allowed to enter.
Please refrain from bringing in gifts and from being in the audience with the performers after the show.

There is no assigned seating, but to prevent the transmission of the new coronavirus, we ask that you please make sure to leave some space between you and the rest of your group on the day of the concert.
In case there are any infected participants or guests, we will ask you to write down your name, contact phone number, and address at the venue. In the event of an outbreak of infection, this information may be submitted to the public health department. Please note that this information will not be used for any purpose other than to prevent the spread of infection.
