A Boy's Magic Horn is a collection of folk songs from the German people, over 700 simple poems by nameless folk, depicting the universal activities of people and nature: landscapes, animals, life, God, love, war, and death. More than half of the 40 songs are based on the "Hornblower Songs," and the solo symphonies (2nd, 3rd, and 4th) are also based on poems from the "Hornblower Songs. I selected 16 songs from these "Hornblower Songs" and created a little story about people and animals in "Once upon a time, a place". Please enjoy the performance together with the pictures projected by projection mapping.
