Naoto Sakiya, our partner and solo concertmaster of the Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra until March 2022, will join us as soloist and concertmaster to present masterpieces from Germany and Austria. The orchestra will be conducted by Kazuki Wada, the runner-up at the International Conducting Competition in Bucharest, who has been attracting much attention in recent years. The Liberal Ensemble Orchestra was founded in 2014 by alumni of the Rikkyo University Symphony Orchestra, and in addition to its biannual performances, the orchestra has performed at La Folle Journée Music Festival and a charity concert at Shibuya Catholic Church in the past.
