In 2020, we will celebrate our 10th anniversary. At the time of its formation, the group consisted of players related to Aomori Prefecture, but today it is a group of 30 amateur players in their 30s to 60s who love string ensemble music and are in pursuit of better music, regardless of their background.
Last year, the 8th regular concert was held with former New Japan Philharmonic second violinist Hidekazu Shinohara (a.k.a. "Butao Sensei") as the invited guest. Under the circumstances of the explosive spread of the fifth wave of corona infection, we practiced meticulously for six months before the performance. The concert featured three pieces by C. P. E. Bach, J. S. Bach, and A. Dvorak, and the clear (lucid) talk by Mr. Shinohara, his vivid playing, and his spectacular debut as a conductor were well received by many people. This time, as the "Butao Produce No. 2," we will present four pieces carefully selected from Mr. Hidekazu Shinohara's concept, string ensembles by composers active in Italy and England.
