We are pleased to present "A Very Special Christmas with Mercury Symphony Orchestra" to you.
First of all, we will welcome you with a pre-concert performance on the pipe organ before the performance begins. The music selected by organist Mari Ohki will be a treat for those who come on the day of the concert! The pre-concert will begin at 13:30!
The main concert will start with "Christmas Festival," a medley of numerous Christmas carols by light classical giant Leroy Anderson.
This special version with organ and children's choir will surely get you in the Christmas spirit!
The main program will be a Christmas classic, Tchaikovsky's ballet "The Nutcracker" in its entirety.
This performance will be accompanied by a "video performance of original characters" by designer/illustrator Saeko Mizumoto, who also designed the flyer for this concert.
