Sho Shiobara Saxophone Recital -Vacances Unofficial

Each month we welcome a different musician to this special one-hour relay concert series, which allows you to experience his/her personality and art. This time, saxophonist Sho Shiohara will be joined by pianist Yuka Ichii for a program of musical gems, making the most of HITOMI Hall's characteristic close proximity to the audience and the stage to conduct not only performances but also interviews with musicians and collaborations with art works. The collaboration artists will include Japanese painting majors from the city of Tokyo. The collaborating artist will be Ichikawa Imari, a Japanese-style painting major, who will create a luxurious time where music and painting resonate with each other. The warm colors unique to iwa-enogu (rock paints) will stimulate both the auditory and visual senses, creating a pleasant moment away from everyday life. This is a new type of concert experience that will allow you to fully enjoy the depth of music and the warmth of art.
